I can hear the sounds coming over the neighbors fence....MARCO....POLO!!! yep, it's that time of the year. Grab your g-strings and Speedos (actually, BURN THEM), lather on the lotion and get ready to dive into summer. No sooner do we put away the scarves and gloves on the east coast, does the sticky deliciousness of summer roll right in. And just like that I have a client ringing my phone for help in converting their "poorhouse" read: a storage shed placed next to their current pool. I met with the lovely couple and we came up with a plan. The challenge: Take this 40' x 10' space and crate a cool outdoor living area with wide open wall, bar area, bathroom with toilet, vanity and outdoor shower and storage. Make it look cool and do it all for under $15,000. So, here goes. Check back for progress!
