When I first met the clients who purchased this home a year ago they asked me if I could take this Italian chain restaurant-looking home and make it more modern. Always one to please I squealed OF COURSE! Part of me wanted to run while the other part couldn't wait to toss the gold marble OUT! You are seeing it mid-construction where we have changed the floors, opened up the wall from the main living space to the great room and changed all curved, fussy UGLY windows to clean, modern, square versions. We've also changed the overhead lighting and painted a simple white on the walls to eliminate the drunken urine yellow of the past. What's next? Stay tuned...
