CALL FOR CHANGE

If your home is on the market, given the climate of today's housing crisis, it needs to shine more than ever in order to weather the storm. I was recently called upon to help a couple needing major help before putting their house on the market. Little did they know with a few minor changes we'd soon be able to see real change! Instead of spending pennies, we shined them. I attacked two rooms that needed major attention..the den and family room off the kitchen. These rooms are focal points and, until recently, had been ignored. By clearing the clutter and rearranging the furniture, we changed the flow, the look and (hopefully) the attitudes of perspective buyers!
