MELLOW OUT

The California Department of Water Conservation once ran an ad begging people to conserve water, leading it's campaign with, "if it's yellow, just be mellow.." I couldn't agree more! The yellow in our upstairs bathroom (yesterday's blog) was in dire need of a little flushing out. It took a little pushing but in the end I felt a lot better.

FLUSH THE MESS:

I wanted to prove how easy it is to change a space with little effort so I grabbed a can of paint, sanded the walls, removed the bookshelf (magazines are bad enough in a bathroom!) and in 45 minutes made a refreshing change with subtle tweaks.
