HOLLYWOOD & VINAIGRETTE

Hollywood and Vine is buzzing already..the red carpet has been rolled out, bleachers erected, cameras are set and fans are anxiously waiting to catch a glimpse of their favorite stars on Sunday as they head to the Oscars. If you didn't make it on the list this year for the annual Vanity Fair party just remember, Hollywood is all about Vanity and little about playing fair! So, embrace your inner diva and throw your own Oscar bash! One of the stars in our family, Micah, makes one of the most fantastic vinaigrette dressings and was fair enough to share her recipe with us. It's simple, quick and delicious! We plan on featuring it this weekend at our Oscar Viewing...try it..it's bound to be a winner!

HERE'S HOW YOU WINE AND VINE:

Prepare in Pyrex measuring cup:

1.) Pour rice vinegar to 1/3 cup and add:

2.) 1 clove garlic, minced, sprinkled with salt and crushed with spoon

3.) Tsp Dijon mustard

4.) salt and pepper to taste

5.) add Extra Virgin Olive Oil to 1 cup.
