I phone, you phone, we all need telephones! Everyone is talking about Apple's latest invention, the less-expensive version of the over-priced iphone. My question, when will Apple design a phone for the home? While we love the convenience of cordless phones in our home, in the power outages that occur in our area with each passing storm (at least once a week in the summer) we're inconvenienced with phones that don't work...because they're plugged into the wall! With cellphone coverage at a minimum in our area, all communication is gone when the power isn't on. So, the solution: we've gone retro..right back to the good old rotary phone. Not only is it simple, retro, and chic but it works when the power doesn't!
